Cartridges are made from many different types of materials such as glass bottles, steel cans with plastic caps (or lids) for bottled inkjet inks; corrugated cardboard boxes and Custom product packaging sealed tightly on three sides by tape - usually heat-activated glue tapes since adhesive labels often leave residues which can contaminate products during storage and transit – then taped securely closed on one side so they will open easily after being stacked into piles called "skid loads" when printers buy them directly from manufacturers who package large numbers together this way before shipping via truckloads to distributors.
